At the seminar on building happy schools and schools as learning organisations.

School is not only a place to teach knowledge, but also a place to nurture and spread positive emotions. Building a happy school is only successful when all members of the school understand its value and importance as well as clearly identify works and skills to build a happy school. These are nurturing positive emotions and building relationships and a positive living environment; promoting positive emotions of each individual in the school, and good relationships based on the spirit of democracy, fairness, respect for differences, and mutual listening; empathizing, loving and sharing with each other; actively innovating teaching methods to create fun and learning spirit in each lesson, creating opportunities for students to be creative in an interconnected environment; and giving each member of the school the opportunity to express, affirm and recognise his/her own value.

The seminar contributed to improving the effectiveness of organizing educational activities in high schools in the province, meeting the requirements of implementing the 2018 General Education Programme. At the same time, it created a chance for school management staff and teachers to exchange solutions and share experience in building a healthy and positive educational environment in schools.
