After three days of urgent, serious, and highly responsible working, on the morning of September 29, the 16th Congress of the provincial Party Organisation for the 2025-2030 term successfully completed its entire agenda and officially concluded.

Dr. Nguyen Van Dinh has been appointed Rector of Tay Bac University for the 2025–2030 term, with the appointment formally recognised at a ceremony on September 28.
