During the morning of the election day, weather conditions across the province were favourable, with no unusual weather affecting voters’ travel. Transportation and communications remained smooth. In some remote and mountainous areas, particularly those with large ethnic minority populations, travel was still difficult; however, election teams proactively arranged support to facilitate voters’ participation.

For elderly voters, people with disabilities, and those who were ill and unable to come to polling stations, election teams used mobile ballot boxes to ensure they could exercise their voting right. Political security and social order were maintained as well.

The election day truly becomes a festival of the people, with voters demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility when participating in the voting.
