The art programme “Happy families, nurturing the future” is organised by the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
A notable highlight of the series of activities is the integration of the Family Code of Conduct Criteria with practical models such as “Exemplary grandparents and parents, dutiful children,” “Studious families,” and “Families with five nos and three cleans,” along with networks of sustainable development family clubs and trusted community support centres. This move has delivered tangible results at the grassroots level, as awareness among officials, Party members, and the public of the importance of building prosperous, equitable, progressive, and happy families has continued to improve. Many exemplary families have been recognised and widely promoted, contributing to a solid foundation for the movement to build a culturally rich community life at the local level.
