Chieng Sinh ward on January 17 mobilised nearly 1,000 officials, soldiers, and local residents to participate in environmental cleanup and stream clearance, as a practical effort to celebrate the 14th National Party Congress.

A large number of officials and residents of Chieng Sinh ward, along with Youth Union members and students of Tay Bac University, take part in environmental cleanup activities.

Leaders of the Chieng Sinh ward Party Committee respond to the movement “Ward officials and civil servants spending Saturdays working with the people.”

The activity was carried out as part of the movement “Ward officials and civil servants spending Saturdays working with the people,” with the participation of officials, civil servants, and public employees from the ward Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and mass organisations; along with the ward’s military and police forces, students from Tay Bac University, and a large number of local residents.

Students of Tay Bac University participate in clearing the stream bed and collecting waste.

Three task groups were established to focus on cleaning a 5-kilometre stretch along Phung hamlet stream, collecting approximately 5 tonnes of waste. This effort contributed to environmental cleanliness, improved water flow, and the creation of a green, clean, and beautiful landscape, while spreading a spirit of emulation in celebration of the 14th National Party Congress throughout the ward.
