In 2024, the cooperative has invested nearly 10 billion VND (402,300 USD) to increase the capacity of its coffee processing line from 20 tonnes of coffee beans to 60 tonnes a day. It has cooperated with over 800 coffee growing households in the province to ensure raw materials for processing.
Currently, some of its products have been rated as 3-star or higher OCOP (one commune one product) products, of which its pure ground coffee product has been recognised as 5-star OCOP product at the national level.
The THA1 new coffee variety model of the Bich Thao Coffee Cooperative in Hua La commune, Son La city boasts high productivity and economic efficiency.
