The model will be piloted in Chieng Den commune from September 25 to October 31. Viettel Son La will coordinate in organizing activities to guide cadres, civil servants, public employees, small traders and people in the commune to make non-cash payments through Viettel Money.

It will connect the payment system and install Viettel Money QR codes at the one-stop shop of the commune, develop collection and expenditure units, and build digital payment channels. In addition, it will set up points providing Viettel Money services so that people can deposit, withdraw, transfer money and use other financial services, along with guiding cadres, civil servants and public employees in the commune to apply Viettel's digital corporate solutions.
