The city has also built 4.0 market models and promoted non-cash payments at Chieng An, Rang Tec, Goc Phuong markets; while piloting a comprehensive digital payment model in Chieng Den commune.

Now the city has over 68,100 citizens aged 14 and older with transaction accounts opened at banks or other authorized organizations, reaching 87% of the total number of citizens in this group. Of them, 51% have installed Viettel Money and VNPT Money e-wallets.

These encourage non-cash consumption habits among local residents, actively contributing to implementing digital transformation in the locality.
