Construction on the factory started in May 2023 on an area of more than 4 hectares in Thong Nhat hamlet, Muong Bon commune, Mai Son district. It is designed to have a processing capacity of 50,000 tonnes of fresh fruit a year, and an annual output of about 12,500 tonnes of coffee beans.

The project includes a processing factory, a warehouse for finished products, a coffee drying net house, an office, a wastewater treatment monitoring centre, a drying yard, internal roads, trees and auxiliary works, with a total investment of 56 billion VND (2.3 million USD). Its production line is expected to be completed and go trial by the end of September 2023.
