Son La has 16 commercial housing, urban area projects

Son La province has 16 commercial housing and urban area projects with approved investors, primarily located in Son La city, and Moc Chau and Mai Son districts.

Of these, seven have basically completed the construction of technical and social infrastructure, along with full or partial construction of houses; four are under construction; three in the preparation phase for construction; and the remaining two reviewed for investment.

The total number of real estate products is approximately 3,177 plots, of which about 1,283 meet business conditions. The provincial People's Committee has issued a programme and a housing development plan for the 2021-2025 period, with a vision towards 2030, targeting an average housing area per capita of 21.1 square meters per person by 2025, a minimum housing area of 10 square meters per person, and a total housing floor area across the province reaching 29.1 million square meters.
