Son La has five projects in semi-finals of "Rural Youth Startup Project" Contest 2024

Participating in the "Rural Youth Startup Project" Contest 2024, th Son La provincial Youth Union proposed five projects by local young people to compete at the central level.

Aafter the preliminary round, all the five entered the semi-finals of the competition. They include rural youths’ digital transformation; clean agricultural products combined with the experience of adopting plants with gardeners; develop a model of collecting, buying, detangling and selling tangled hair, creating jobs to increase income for mountainous residents; the beauty of Thai ethnic culture in Quynh Nhai; and Ta Xua che lam (nutty ginger sticky rice bar) - Taste of the destination.

The contest is a useful playground, inspiring creativity and nurturing entrepreneurial aspirations for the young generation. In addition to creating opportunities to access support resources, and exchange and learn experience, it is also a lever to promote the rural economy, create jobs, increase income and preserve traditional cultural values.
