Themed "Vietnam Tourism - Green Transition for Sustainable Development", the event brings together 700 units from 16 countries and territories, and 55 Vietnamese cities and provinces.
The booth displays tourist maps of Son La province and its Moc Chau Tourist Area, Moc Chau-Van Ho festival, publications introducing tourism products, “One Commune-One Product” (OCOP) items, typical agricultural products such as longan, custard apple, passion fruit, plum, smoked meat, Ngoc Chien carp, dried fruit, lonely garlic, honey, coffee, and other tropical fruits. There are also “check-in” activities, attracting crowds of both domestic and foreign visitors and businesspeople.
As Vietnam's leading international fair, VITM is organised in April each year by the Vietnam Society of Travel Agents (VISTA), and sponsored by the Vietnam Tourism Association and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism./.
