Held by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vinh Phuc province, the event features nearly 100 booths by the centers for investment, trade and tourism promotion; the tourism promotion information centers; the management boards of tourist areas, travel agencies, hotels, and businesses producing OCOP products of 13 provinces and cities in the Red River Delta and surrounding areas.

At the exhibition, Son La province's booth displays many local specialties and agricultural products, such as kitchen buffalo meat, sausage, ‘tan’ sticky rice, brown rice, peanuts, cham cheo (spice), taro, orange, coffee and chayote, attracting a large number of visitors.
