The main export items included cement and clinker, coffee, tea, cassava products, bananas, mangoes, and passion fruit. They were mainly shipped to China, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Germany, the US, France, Pakistan and Afghanistan.

Since the beginning of the year, export activities in Son La province have been stable and continued to grow.

The province has directed relevant agencies and localities to boost trade promotion; support production and business households to set up booths on e-commerce platforms; update the customs clearance situation at border gates for production and business units and enterprises.
