Since the beginning of the crop, localities have sold over 7,200 tonnes of strawberries with an average price of 70,000 VND (2.81 USD) per kg, earning revenue of over 490 billion VND (19.6 million USD).

Many cooperatives and households apply scientific and technical advances in growing and caring for strawberries under the VietGAP process to create quality and safe products.

In particular, this year, Son La strawberries have been included in Vietnam Airlines' meals for the first time, serving passengers on domestic and international flights.
