Aquaculture production was estimated at 7,443 tonnes, up 2.63% year-on-year (185 tonnes).The output increase was attributed to stable consumption markets, locals’ good pond care and renovation, and a shift from raising some types of fish with low value and economic efficiency such as catfish and mudfish to sturgeon, carp, and amur for higher value.
