In recent years, Son La province has stepped up trade promotion activities to introduce and connect consumption and export of agricultural products online.

The locality has developed e-commerce, supported online training of business skills, and provided basic knowledge about market research and trade policies of Vietnam and other countries like China, the Republic of Korea and Japan for businesses and cooperatives.
