Son La’s rural youths get training on business skills on digital platforms

The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU) Central Committee coordinated with the HCYU chapter in Son La province to organise a conference in Song Ma district on August 12 to equip rural youngsters with skills of selling OCOP (one commune one product) products via digital platforms.

Attending the event were representatives from the HCYU Central Committee, Tiktok Vietnam, businesses, OCOP owners, KOLs (key opinion leaders) and more than 100 local youth union members and young people.

At the conference, experts highlighted the current situation of and solutions for OCOP product trade promotion on the digital space and gave an overview of the Tiktok platform. Youths were also guided how to build and develop channels and create Tiktok video contents, operate and optimise sales efficiency on Tiktok shop, and do Tiktok livestream to attract viewers and customers.
