Training course provides e-commerce knowledge for businesses, cooperatives

A training course was organized in Son La city on April 4-5 to provide knowledge on e-commerce for 30 local businesses, cooperatives, production establishments and business households.

The event was jointly held by the provincial Department of Industry and Trade, the Vietnam e-Commerce and Digital Economy Agency under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the People's Committee of Son La city.

Enterprises, cooperatives, production facilities and business households were provided with the most basic and general knowledge about e-commerce and the national e-commerce application program Go Online. Participants were also guided and supported in the process of promoting and introducing products and livestream selling on multi-channel digital platforms such as Tiktok and Zalo.

At the same time, experts provided participants with skills to build processes, link Tiktokshop and Zalo accounts, livestream, edit and complete video clips, and make subtitles, in order to attract viewers, promote and sell goods on social networks. This approach helps businesses, cooperatives, production facilities and business households step by step understand the role and benefits of e-commerce, and equip themselves with skills to deploy e-commerce applications to serve production and business activities.
