Now all communes in the district have fiber optic broadband infrastructure; 66% of villages and sub-areas are covered with fixed broadband; all communes and towns have deployed 4G mobile networks; and 90% of hamlets are covered with 4G mobile broadband.

About 94% of the population gain access to the 4G network while 100% of district and commune officials and civil servants are equipped with computers with Internet connection to serve their work.
