
Attending the meeting were Dinh Thi Bich Thao, member of the provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board and head of the its Board for Information, Education and Mass Mobilisation, along with leaders of provincial departments, agencies, and sectors.
At the meeting, delegates heard a draft report on the content of the parade; the progress of cost estimation and tender preparations for the celebration activities; and design plans and timelines for exhibition booths.

The parade will take place on the morning of October 10, 2025, involving more than 4,000 participants, including marching contingents, stationary formations, and supporting forces.
So far, departments and sectors have completed a draft framework for the anniversary programme; proposed the outline of the art performances; finalised the layout and locations for various activities to be held at the Northwest Square as part of the Son La Ethnic Cultural Festival; and prepared plans for a photo exhibition, the Thai Xoe Art Festival, and traditional sports competitions.
In her concluding remarks, Xuan requested the provincial Military Command to incorporate feedback from the delegates, revise and complete the assigned tasks. All departments and committee members must complete their respective assignments.
The Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism was asked to coordinate with the Department of Finance to carry out the bidding process and select an event organiser for the anniversary celebration; and to finalise both the overall and detailed celebration scripts for submission to the provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board for comments.
