The delegation inspected the Ta Phinh hamlet resettlement area, the road leading from the intersection in Sub-area 9 to Ta Phinh hamlet, the water supply and irrigation project for Ta Phinh hamlet in Tap Lap commune (now Tan Yen commune), the road from Tan Yen commune centre to the Nam Khao resettlement area, and the intra-field roads in Nam Khao hamlet. They also gathered information on the living conditions and production activities of the people in the Nam Khao resettlement area.
Infrastructure projects in the resettlement areas had been fully invested in, but many of them had deteriorated over nearly 20 years of use. In order to stabilise the lives and production of the people in these resettlement areas, the Moc Chau People's Committee proposed upgrading the roads from Tan Yen commune centre to the resettlement areas, concreting the intra-field roads, and building irrigation and water supply systems in the resettlement sites.

At the working session, Viet said he basically agrees with the proposals of the Moc Chau People's Committee. He also requested the committee review the details and propose funding needs; review and complete the sub-projects that need upgrading, repairs, and new infrastructure to support the socio-economic development of the resettlement areas.
Provincial departments were tasked with verifying the projects to ensure their feasibility, right beneficiaries, and scope, in accordance with government regulations. Investment in these projects must ensure practical effectiveness, serving production needs and improving the living conditions of the people in the resettlement sites.
