In Xuan Nha, following consulting relevant departments and agencies, the communal People’s Committee selected a suitable site and land plot for the school project.
It also coordinated with other units to expedite steps related to investment, site clearance, project documentation, and planning adjustments. The committee worked with villages in allocating land, resolving difficulties in land recovery, and ensuring safety conditions before construction begins.

In Chieng Son, local authorities plan to site the school in Subzone 2, adjacent to Provincial Road 102, covering approximately 4.9 hectares.
The communal People’s Committee has conducted public outreach on the school construction, and all affected households, individuals, and organisations have agreed to the State’s land recovery for the project.
The committee proposed the provincial Department of Construction approve conversion of 0.2 hectares of rural residential land, 4.7 hectares of agricultural land, and 0.03 hectares of public green space into urban public service land to align with the school construction purpose. The project is scheduled to break ground on October 10, 2025.

In Long Sap, the communal People’s Committee is planning to build the school in Phat hamlet, on a site adjacent to National Route 43, about 2.2 km from the communal People’s Committee headquarters.
The area, approximately 5 hectares, meets the project requirements and offers convenient access to electricity, water, and transportation, with potential for future expansion of service facilities and residential areas.
The community has shown strong support for the school construction, and project conditions are generally favourable and compliant with regulations.

After reviewing the situation, the provincial Party leader tasked relevant departments to work with the border communes to develop detailed project implementation plans, review and adjust land-use plans and construction zoning, and assist in selecting consulting units.
He instructed the communes to clearly identify land suitable for technical infrastructure, choose safe and accessible sites, reasonably plan school size and supporting facilities, and closely coordinate with departments to resolve obstacles, complete procedures, and ensure the timely groundbreaking of the schools.
