The Lifelong Learning Week 2025 carries the theme “Learn to develop yourself, master knowledge and technology, contribute to building a strong and prosperous nation.”

The organising committee encourages every citizen, organisation, school, and family to actively promote a reading and learning culture, using local media, social networks, billboards, posters, and public performances. The campaign also aims to develop and expand community reading models, such as "House of Wisdom", community bookshelves, family libraries, and mini libraries in hamlets and offices.

The initiative calls for mobilising social resources, encouraging individuals, organisations, and businesses to support library development, donate books, and sponsor reading technologies and materials.
