Implementing the plans of the People's Committees of Son La city and Quyet Thang ward on organising activities before, during and after the ceremony honouring Son La city being listed in the UNESCO global network of learning cities, Group 4 built and launched the "House of Wisdom" model. This is the second model carried out in the city.

"House of Wisdom" is a model of humanitarian activities in the field of education, focusing on creating, maintaining and developing a free lifelong learning community. The "House of Wisdom" in Group 4 is located in its Cultural House with a "Library of Compassion" that has more than 2,000 books, serving the needs of reading and research at the library. There is a "Local Corner" and playing area for families, introducing typical local cultural features, as well as inspiring learning between parents and children.

In addition, there are also areas for volleyball, table tennis, Chinese chess, chess, folk dance, and poetry clubs, serving local people every day.
