The contest is held biennially. Participants include youth and children aged 6 to 18 from across the province. The contest covers five fields: educational tools, computer software, environmentally friendly products, household utensils and children's toys, and technical solutions for climate change adaptation, environmental protection, and economic development.
This year’s contest attracted 73 entries. After preliminary screening, 70 models and products qualified for judging. Among them, five were rated as excellent, 14 as good, and 51 as satisfactory.

The judging panel agreed to recommend 27 award-winning entries to the Organissing Committee for recognition at the 7th provincial Innovation Contest for Teenagers and Children 2025. These include five first, five second, five third, and 12 consolation prizes. Additionally, six models and products were selected to be submitted to the 21st National Innovation Contest for Teenagers and Children 2025.
The award ceremony is scheduled for November 2025.
