At the programme, more than 20 doctors, nurses, and pharmacists from the Mobile Police Command offered a wide range of healthcare services, including medical examinations, blood pressure monitoring, heart and lung checkups, and ultrasounds.
Residents received health consultations and guidance on self-monitoring and disease prevention, along with free medication. For patients with severe conditions, the team provided referrals and advice for further treatment at specialised medical facilities.
The initiative showcased the pioneering and volunteer spirit of the unit’s healthcare team in promoting public health and social welfare. It contributed significantly to improving healthcare access for policy beneficiaries and ethnic minority communities, offering much-needed support to those in challenging circumstances. This programme also formed part of the force’s mass mobilisation work.
