The main variety grown is Arabica, with an average yield of 23 tonnes per hectare. This year’s harvest is expected to reach nearly 78,000 tonnes of fresh coffee cherries.

To ensure both productivity and quality, from the beginning of the season, the commune has organised technical training courses on pruning, care, and harvesting methods following safe and organic practices.
It has also partnered with businesses to provide fertilisers and plant protection products for farmers, aiming to improve the quality and value of the coffee.
