At the meeting with voters in Phieng Pan commune, Mai Son district.

At the conference, held in Phieng Pan commune, a representative of the provincial People's Council delegation informed voters about the results of the 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th, and 31st thematic sessions of the 15th provincial People's Council; announced the expected content, time, and location of the 11th session of the council.

A voter from Chieng Luong commune, Mai Son district, makes a proposal at the meeting.

Voters in the communes urged competent authorities consider and resolve a number of issues. Voters of Phieng Pan commune proposed to remove obstacles in determining land types and land users for cases of land recovery to implement the project of upgrading the road from the commune centre through Phieng Pan Border Post to landmark 219 Son La.

They also asked for abolishing and revoking land use right certificates that are not granted in accordance with the law; allocating funds to build new headquarters, staff houses and auxiliary items of the commune Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee.

Chairman of the provincial People's Council Nguyen Thai Hung speaks at the meeting.

Voters of Chieng Luong commune proposed that competent authorities consider investing in building a spillway bridge across the stream in Chi and Phu Luong hamlets, because the current bridge is seriously degraded and does not ensure safety for people and students, especially during the rainy season.

The authorities were asked to support the construction of a 7-km inter-hamlet concrete road from Lu hamlet to Phieng Noi hamlet, and another, about 4 km long, from Lu hamlet to Oi hamlet and to National Highway 37.
