
At the extracurricular session, representatives from the Son La Power Company disseminated knowledge about energy saving, safety and efficiency, such as using energy-saving, environmentally friendly electrical equipment; unplugging electrical equipment when not in use; combining fans with air conditioners; limiting the use of electrical equipment during peak hours; using smart, energy-saving devices; opening windows, using natural light and wind; conduct regular maintenance of electrical equipment. They were also advised to change electricity usage habits to save energy, such as turning off electrical equipment when leaving the room, and unplugging and leaving electrical equipment in standby mode.

On this occasion, the centre presented gifts to five disadvantaged students who have made great learning achievements; distributed more than 670 energy-saving leaflets and instructions on safe electricity use to students and teachers of the school.
