During the session, delegates listened to reports on the preparation progress, programme content, and the plan for organising the ceremony on November 2, 2025 in Phat hamlet, Long Sap commune.
To date, site clearance work has been basically completed. The construction unit is currently leveling the ground, building temporary facilities, and finalising items to serve the ceremony. Plans to ensure security, environmental sanitation, reception, and event layout have been carefully prepared in a thorough and thoughtful manner.

The Long Sap Primary-Secondary Boarding School is one of 13 schools being built in Son La province under the Politburo’s Conclusion No. 81-TB/TW on the policy of investing in school construction in border communes.
The project will include classroom building, a library, an administrative office building, dormitories for students and teachers, a canteen, a multi-purpose hall, swimming pool, outdoor sports grounds, and other auxiliary facilities, designed to accommodate more than 1,000 students.
Once completed, the project will provide modern, spacious learning conditions for ethnic minority students in the border area of Long Sap, contributing to improved education quality, human resources development, and the training of local ethnic cadres. It will also help enhance living standards for border communities while strengthening national defence and security in the border region.

In his concluding remarks, Chien requested relevant agencies make comprehensive and careful preparations for the ceremony to ensure it is conducted solemnly, efficiently, safely, and economically, avoiding ostentation or wastefulness.
He emphasised the need for close and coordinated collaboration among departments, sectors, and local authorities, strict compliance with construction and investment regulations, and the maintenance of security, order, and environmental hygiene throughout the groundbreaking ceremony.
