In Muong Hung commune, the school will be built on agricultural land in four hamlets: Hat So, Muong Hung, Na Ai, and Keo. The commune has coordinated with the provincial Land Development Centre to collect local land price data and calculate compensation. Measurement and inventory work is 95% complete.

In Chieng Khoong commune, the proposed boarding school will serve approximately 1,500 students and will be located in Le hamlet. After reviewing the situation, Secretary Khanh urged the three communes to strengthen coordination with relevant departments and sectors to expedite school construction in the border areas.
He emphasised the need to accelerate procedures for land-use plan adjustments and land-use purpose conversions, ensure timely site clearance once investment decisions are approved, clearly allocate land reserves for the projects with appropriate technical infrastructure, and prepare construction-ready sites with access to transportation, electricity, water, and telecommunications.
He also called for the prompt completion of all administrative procedures to allow for the on-schedule groundbreaking of the boarding school projects.
