In the fashion show, the contestants showcased traditional costumes with brocade patterns. Although the costumes have been modernised to suit the contemporary life, they still keep the traditional cultural identity of the white Thai group in Phu Yen district. For the food arrangement competition, the teams presented traditional Xip xi dishes with “it uoi” – a traditional cake, and duck meat. They also brought to the event other dishes to make the food trays more diverse and attractive.
