Phu Yen students join experiential activities on history

Celebrating the 70th anniversary of the liberation of Dien Bien (1954 - 2024), schools in Phu Yen district have organised experiential and educational activities for their students at a historical relic site related to the resistance war against the French in the forest of Nhot hamlet, Gia Phu commune, Phu Yen district.

Teachers and students of Suoi To Semi-boarding Primary School for Ethnic Students offer incense at General Vo Nguyen Giap’s Memorial.

In addition to offering incense and flowers to pay respect and express gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh and General Vo Nguyen Giap, teachers and students also visited and learned about the construction process as well as historical stories associated with the relic site. The district Division of Education and Training has also coordinated with the Management Board of General Vo Nguyen Giap’s Memorial in holding experiential activities and folk games, thus creating a joyful atmosphere for students.
