The Thai ethnic people in Muong Chien commune have actively preserved and promoted the cultural beauty of an ethnic group living by the river.

Currently, the commune has six mass art teams, and maintains the teaching of traditional culture to the young generation, wears traditional costumes, and preserves the art of Tinh flute playing and Then singing.
