The contest was launched by the Ministry of Public Security in 2021 and lasted until March 2023, featuring the image of police officers at the grassroots level.

The contest attracted the participation of not only police officers who are working to ensure security and order in localities, but also those outside the public security force.

Organisers received a total of 215 memoirs and 360 short stories, of them 75 outstanding works selected for 10 A prizes, 15 B prizes, 20 C prizes and 30 consolation prizes./.
