With the message "Every drop of blood given – a life saved," the event attracted over 1,000 officials, civil servants, teachers, armed forces, youth union members, and local residents.

At the festival, the Central Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion received over 700 units of blood, which will be distributed to healthcare facilities to help ease the blood shortage for treating patients affected by typhoon Yagi in northern provinces.
