The association gathers 12,354 members across its 180 branches. Among them, 112 serve as secretaries or deputy secretaries of Party cells in hamlets and residential areas; 30 deputies of the People's Councils of communes and towns; and 99 heads or deputy heads of hamlets and residential areas.
A total of 2,545 members play a role in committees for new-style rural area building and environmental protection. They have mobilised more than 4.7 billion VND (191,018 USD), 17,000 workdays, and over 17,400 sq.m of land for the construction of rural roads and other public works.

On this occasion, the board presented the certificates of merit to 100 outstanding elderly people in recognition of their contributions to building a pure, strong political system at the grassroots level in the 2019-2024 period.
