Moc Chau district boasts 19 youth projects, initiatives

During the three-month implementation of the 2024 Summer Volunteer Campaign, the Youth Union of Moc Chau district has developed 19 youth projects and initiatives, with a total value of over 360 million VND (14,628 USD).

The "Blue Shirt Tutor - Nurturing the Future" model in Chieng Son commune, Moc Chau commune.

Notable among those are repairing and constructing over 2 km of rural roads; building two civilized streets, one humanitarian house, and three playgrounds for children; and providing career counseling for nearly 2,000 youth union members and young people.

Around 1,500 disadvantaged children were given support while the "Blue Shirt Tutor - Nurturing the Future" model were launched in various communes and towns, involving 50 volunteers and more than 113 children. Additionally, 15 community digital transformation teams and 15 summer digital teams were maintained throughout the district.

The Summer Volunteer Campaign has ignited and spread good values, fostering a love for the homeland and affirming the pioneering role and volunteer spirit for the community of each youth member.
