Phieng Mut Kindergarten handed over to Muong Gion commune

The “Tro ngheo vung cao” (Poor students in mountainous areas) fund held a ceremony on October 27 to hand over Phieng Mut Kindergarten to Muong Gion commune, Quynh Nhai district.

The project was donated by the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam) and Idemitsu Gas Production (Vietnam) Company Limited, and designed by 1+1>2 International Construction Architecture Joint Stock Company, with the fund being its investor.

Construction on the 4 billion VND (157.666 USD) project started in January 2024 in Phieng Mut 1 hamlet, on a total area of ​​nearly 2,300 sq.m, including ​​394 sq.m of floor area. The school has six classrooms, one kitchen, and four toilets.

At the event, the fund and donors presented a 55-inch TV, a freezer, a rice cooking cabinet, 190 blankets, 150 pillows, 150 jackets, two water purifiers, 44 cartons of milk, two gas stoves, 200 pairs of sandals, along with many books, school supplies, cakes and candies for students at the school.
