Provincial Party Committee Office presents breeding goats to poor households in Muong Sai commune

The provincial Party Committee Office coordinated with sponsors to present breeding goats to poor households in Muong Sai commune, Quynh Nhai district on October 15.

The breeding goat breeding model has been implemented by the provincial Party Committee Office since August 2024, aiming at supporting poor households in Muong Sai commune to develop their family economy. In the first phase, the unit presented 12 breeding goats to six poor households in the commune with a value of 60 million VND (2,400 USD). In this phase, 24 poor households were supported with one pair of breeding goats each, with a total value of 200 million VND, sponsored by Kinh Do Construction and Trade Company Limited, Quynh Ngoc Joint Stock Company and K50 One Member Company Limited.

Residents are happy with meaningful gifts from sponsors.

Since 2023, the provincial Party Committee Office has supported the implementation of effective economic models, and provided direct assistance to 35 out of 47 poor households in Muong Sai commune, thus contributing to reducing its poverty rate, increasing locals’ income, and realising the goal of building new-style rural areas.
