Each month, the agency disburses nearly 190 billion VND (7.48 million USD) in pensions and social insurance benefits to 32,822 people, of whom 16,326 receive their pensions via bank accounts. It also pays over 765 billion VND for healthcare services to 865,362 patients.

To ensure the interests of participants, the unit has focused on administrative reforms, and promoted digital transformation and information technology application in all procedures and operations.

Its staff have guided residents and businesses to make electronic transactions and submit documents through the national public service portal, contributing to social security in the province.
