Van Ho strengthens management of wildlife breeding facilities

Since the beginning of this year, Van Ho district’s forest protection unit has strengthened inspection, monitoring, and strict management of wild animal breeding activities; and promptly detected and handled acts of trading and transporting wild animals.

At present, 12 households in Van Ho, Xuan Nha, Song Khua, Muong Men, and To Mua communes are breeding 680 wild animals. Of which, three have been granted codes for breeding endangered and rare species.

The Van Ho forest protection unit hands over endangered and rare wild animals to the Organism Rescue, Conservation and Development Center under the Cuc Phuong National Park.
