Locals and tourists attend the Sports Festival of Ethnic Minorities in Yen Chau district.
Since the beginning of this year, the district has welcomed nearly 6,800 visitors who came to explore historical sites, including the place where President Ho Chi Minh visited and spoke with the ethnic communities, and the Vietnam-Laos revolutionary historical site.
Tourists also participated in cultural activities at Kha hamlet and visited the border highland market in Phieng Khoai commune.
The total revenue from tourism has reached over 4.1 billion VND ($166,565).
