The Houaphanh officer proposed that the police of both provinces continue to strengthen their cooperation, solidarity, and friendship, contributing to effectively performing the tasks of maintaining security and order, preventing all kinds of crimes, especially drug-related crimes, and building a more stable and developed border area.

Colonel Dang Trong Cuong, member of the Standing Board of the Son La provincial Party Committee and Director of the provincial Department of Public Security, thanked the Houaphanh guests for their good wishes for the upcoming Tet holiday.
