On the production launch day, nearly 100 workers at the center focused on producing and processing spinach and packing sweet corn for export to Japan, the EU, and the US.
According to the 2025 plan, Doveco Son La will install the first line for packaging fruits in paper boxes in Vietnam, manufactured by Tetra Pak (Sweden). The company will continue to collaborate with cooperatives in building a production chain and ensure stable purchasing prices for farm produce. It is expected to purchase approximately 80,000 tonnes of various agricultural products, including mango, apricot, longan, spinach, cucumber, sweet corn, and vegetable soybean.
Cong acknowledged and praised the efforts and contributions of Doveco Son La to the province's socio-economic development. He also expressed his hope that in 2025, the centre would continue to increase the capacity of its production lines and organise the procurement and processing of agricultural products to ensure balanced, sustainable benefits for businesses, cooperatives, and local farmers. He emphasised the importance of continuing to implement social welfare policies for the community, improving the material and spiritual lives of workers, and creating the best environment for employees to feel secure in their work.
