At the event, Agribank leaders presented operation and personnel appointment decisions to the branch, classified as the level-2 one, operating under the management and direction of Agribank’s Son La provincial branch.

Speaking at the event, Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Dang Ngoc Hau called on Agribank to provide further support to its Son La branch. He affirmed that local Party committees, authorities, and agencies will create favourable conditions for the Van Ho district branch to operate effectively.

He also urged the district branch to fulfil its functions and responsibilities efficiently, maintaining its key role in the monetary and credit market, particularly in supporting agriculture, rural areas, and farmers.

The branch should coordinate with all-level agencies, organisations, and authorities to implement its tasks, particularly facilitating the credit access for businesses, cooperatives, and people, thus spurring local socio-economic development, he said.
