The presented publications have rich content, comprehensively and multi-dimensionally reflecting all aspects of socio-economic life; policies and decisions of the Party and State; and achievements in various fields gained by the Party organisation, authorities and people of all ethnic groups in the province.

This is a spiritual gift from local journalists and artists, contributing to bringing information to far-flung and border areas, enriching the spiritual life of officers, soldiers and people in border areas on the occasion of the Lunar New Year and encouraging them to excellently fulfil their tasks, thus building a strong border line and maintaining national border security and sovereignty.

These publications will then be delivered to border guard posts across the province.
