In the joyful atmosphere of the celebration, delegates and the people of Chau Co hamlet recalled the 94-year history of the Vietnam National United Front (now Vietnam Fatherland Front) (November 18, 1930 - 2024), and reviewed the results of various campaigns and patriotic emulation movements implemented by Chau Co hamlet in 2024.

Chau Co hamlet has 338 households with 1,576 residents. The Party Cell, the Management Board, and the Front Work Board, along with member organizations, have effectively carried out mobilization work. They have encouraged Party members, youth union members, and the local people to uphold the tradition of solidarity and make efforts to implement economic development goals; preserve and promote the cultural identity of the ethnic community; and abide by the hamlet's regulations. The hamlet's art team won the third prize at the 2024 Son La City Art Festival. In 2024, 322 local households were recognized as "Family of Culture," representing 95.8% of the total.

Speaking at the event, Chien congratulated Chau Co hamlet on its achievements and urged the Party Cell, the Management Board, and the Front Work Board to continue their efforts in encouraging both officials and residents to adhere to the Party’s guidelines, State policies and laws, and the hamlet's regulations. He emphasized the importance of strengthening the power of national unity; actively participating in campaigns and emulation movements; building a clean and strong Party cell, a cultural village, learning communities, and learning families; and creating green, clean, and beautiful roads. These efforts, he noted, will contribute to maintaining the title of "Global Learning City" and building a sustainable, green, and rapidly developing city.
