Delegates paid tribute to the river and mountain deities and expressed their gratitude to Nang Han - a Thai ethnic heroine who disguised herself as a man to lead troops in driving out invaders, bringing peace to locals.

The ceremonies also reflected the determination of the local Party Organisation, authorities, and residents to remain united, dynamic, and creative, overcoming challenges to successfully implement the resolutions of all-level Party congresses and the district Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term, and striving to develop Quynh Nhai into a new-style rural district.
